A Bit About Me

I was introduced to the world of skiing at a young age and took up climbing when I was just ten years old. Throughout my teenage years, I devoted my time to sport climbing and I had the privilege of representing the Swedish junior national team. During this period, I managed to win twelve medals in Nordic, Swedish, and British Youth Championships, and climb sport routes up to a grade of 8b.

However, my passion for the mountains has always been my strongest source of inspiration. So for the last ten years I have been spending an always increasing amount of time in the mountains. Through my love to explore new and lesser known areas for climbing and skiing, I have gotten to know large parts of the Alps. In total, I have been to more than 60 4000m peaks, alongside many, many 2000m and 3000m peaks.

I have always felt that the greatest joy in climbing and skiing comes from sharing the experience with others. Therefore, I value the opportunity to introduce newcomers to the mountains and help them develop into safe mountain athletes.

My commitment to this passion reached a significant milestone in the autumn of 2021 when I was admitted to the Swedish Mountain Guide Training program. This past summer, I achieved the status of an IFMGA/IVBV Mountain Guide Aspirant, which has allowed me to guide clients to summits throughout the Alps, including the iconic Matterhorn. Beyond my mountain pursuits, I work as an actuarial consultant at Deloitte Switzerland. My academic journey includes earning a M.S.c degree in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden and a M.A. in Quantitative Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
